Should
I Choose ANREPS DIY?
If you want
complete control of your sale you want one of our DIY
Packs. There are 3 packs to choose from and you can add
any extras you want. You can even upgrade to a photoboard
and we'll organise it all for you.
The difference
between a DIY Pack and our Assisted Private Sale is the
amount of service we provide. Many clients prefer to have
us assist them throughout; but if you prefer to do it
all yourself a DIY Pack is the most affordable option.
A few points:

All
paperwork is provided together with step by step guidelines.
Alternatively you can ask you settlement agent to
do it for you or choose our contract
drafting service.

All
enquiries will go directly to you so you need a mobile
number that you can answer at all times (buyers
don't
like to leave messages). Your email address will need
to be checked daily to ensure all enquiries are dealt
with promptly.

The
Sellers Guide provides all the information you need
to help with pricing your property, presentation, doing
the home open, advertising tips and negotiating tactics.
- Photoboards:
you will receive a proof via email, we will use the information
you provide on the website, you will need to send 3 large
photos by email (approx 1 MB each for good quality printing)
