Most buyers will want a second or even a third look at your home before making a buying decision. Your consultant will conduct all subsequent inspections on your behalf so that opportunities to secure an offer will never be missed. Your consultant will actively seek offers from these buyers and negotiate the best possible sale price.

It’s a sweet, simple system that will save you thousands of dollars in commissions with no compromise on the quality of service. Our whole team will be working to provide you with a stress-free, successful sale.

The team includes your personal sales consultant, our indispensable assistants who work hard behind the scenes, plus the General Manager and Principal who oversee the whole operation.

Our senior administrative officer is a qualified real estate consultant informed about the marketing and selling processes you are about to experience. The role of our office staff is multi facetted and includes:

• Maintaining your website, responding to email enquiries

• Arranging for buyers to visit your property

• Compiling, editing and printing your property brochures

• Designing your photoboard (optional)

• Assisting your consultant with follow up to settlement and;

• Forwarding ‘new listing’ details to registered buyers

Progress of your sale will be well documented in our systems so that any staff member will be able to assist you should you have questions regarding conditions on the contract, about settlement itself or any aspect of your sale. We’ll be delighted to hear from you anytime.

You can't get better world wide internet exposure than that!!! But it doesn't end there. Everything you need for a professional sale is provided, including a large For Sale sign, as many Home Open signs as required, full colour A4 property brochures designed by our in-house marketing consultant, window display and notification emailing to our database of buyers. Your consultant will design your newspaper adverts and design a specific marketing plan for your property.

There are many options you may want to consider such as photoboards, professional photography, virtual tours, etc. All can be arranged.

How much does it cost?

For properties up to $450,000 the fee is fixed at $5,750 payable on successful completion of your sale. For properties over $450,000 the fee is a percentage of the selling price, negotiable with your consultant.

If you decide you’d rather spend your time doing things other than showing your home, and your trust and confidence in our approach is such that you would like us to manage the sale for you – we would be delighted.
