The
team includes your personal Sales Consultant, our Administrative
Manager, plus the General Manager and Principal who oversee

Administrative Manager is a qualified real estate consultant
informed about the marketing and selling processes you are
about to experience. The role of our office staff is multi
facetted and includes:

How
much does it cost?
For properties
up to $450,000 the fee is fixed at $5,750 payable on successful
completion of your sale. For properties over $450,000 the
fee is a percentage of the selling price, negotiable with
your consultant.
